Cornell x Ithaca College Undergraduate Research Symposium | Saturday, April 12th

9am-3pm | Physical Sciences Atrium

This symposium provides a platform for undergraduate students to present their research to their peers and Cornell faculty. Students from both Cornell and Ithaca College are invited to present their research. There will be breakfast and lunch provided, and this event will also feature a keynote presentation from a Cornell Chemistry faculty member (TBD). If you are interested, follow this link to apply. Interested in attending graduate school? Want to learn more about what grad school is like from a graduate student? Attend our panel, featuring five of our own graduate students! All students are encouraged to attend, regardless of year; it is never too early to prepare! As always, we’ll have food!

Grad School Prep Panel | Wednesday, October 23rd

This event was a hit last year, so we’re running it back! This is a once-a-year opportunity to hear from Chemistry faculty who serve on our admissions team about what is valued in graduate school applications, and advice on how to prepare! All students are encouraged to attend, as this is never too early to begin preparing for what comes next. As always, we’ll have food!

Animal Therapy | Thursday, December 5th

As we come close to the end of the year, Chemistry Peer Advisors would like to reward everyone for all their hard work.

CPA has organized an end of the semester stress-reduction event featuring therapy dogs from Cornell Companions on Thursday, December 5th, at 5pm in the Undergrad Lounge! 🐶 Snacks will be provided and the event is open to anyone.
